Queries from patients

For speedier and more secure responses please use “on-line services” if you wish to:

  • Use a secure messaging service for non-urgent queries with your doctor or nurse (This  is our preferred method for you to contact us)    
  • Order repeat prescriptions that do not appear on the NHS App
 
Queries from non patients such as Health Professionals or family members regarding a patient

  • Emails will take 2 working days to be seen and if needed responded to. This may take longer if directed to a specific person or additional information needs to be gathered.
  • Please do not use email for urgent problems such as home visit requests at any time . This email is not monitored outside office hours
