Practice Area

We mainly cover the Hampstead NW3 area.  If you are unsure whether your address is within our boundary, please speak to reception. 

If you live outside of our boundary but wish to register, please contact our staff about becoming an 'Out of Area' patient as we may be able to register you and your family on this scheme.  

'Out of area' registration is voluntary for GP practices and can only be considered if it is clinically appropriate and practical in your individual case and is subject to periodic review.

We cannot provide out of hours services or home visits if you live out of the area. You would need to call 111 to have these organised by a provider local to where you live. If you require regular home visits or community services then it is suggested you register with a local practice where your needs would be better met.
